1st offense

Fines will range:  $250-$2000 for each unauthorized foreign national

2nd offense

Fines will range:  $2000-$5000 for each unauthorized foreign national

Range:  $2000-$5000 for each unauthorized foreign national

 

Subsequent Offense

Fines will range:  $3000-$10000 for each unauthorized foreign national

Range:  $3000-$10000 for each unauthorized foreign national

Range:  $2000-
$5000 for each unauth'd
foreign national

Failing to Comply with the Form I-9 requirements:  I-9 
was not properly completed, retained, and/or made 
available for 
inspection.

Fines will range  $100-$1000 for employee for whom the I-9 was not properly completed, retained, and/or made available
